Supported in BCSA-Operation in Kolhpur(MH) which was very critical and challenging due to technical problems in Operation. Contributed in the initial promotion of FPCs when there was no experienced hand for promotion FPCs under UPBSN Project and built up the Capacity of the Staff.

Overall established about 200 FPCs in various project –UPBSN, MACP, MSRLM, CGSRLM, HPHDP and represented the project at World Bank and State levels.
